$29.95 per month for unlimited e-claims. Fill out this form: Open Monthly Fee Registration Form
25 cents per claim. Fill out this form: Open Tx Registration Form
STEP 1: Fill out one of the above forms and fax it to WebMD at (404) 521-4600.
STEP 2: Call us at 1-877-686-1248 and we will provide you with a Login ID and a Password.
STEP 3: Download and install the WebMD client program: WebMD Eclaims Setup.exe on the computer where you will be sending claims from.
STEP 4: In Pract-Eze Dental, set up the WebMD Clearinghouse as follows:
