We offer toll free phone service answered by a live person. Usually, your request is immediately directed to a technician. We typically respond to any support call within 30 minutes.

We offer ‘hands on’ secure remote support by means of the internet. In most cases we are able to quickly resolve support issues as your staff looks on. Remote sessions can only be initiated by the client and no remote software remains installed when the session is completed.
